PHCC San Diego rents its Kearny Mesa facility to members and non-members at a genuinely low cost. Whether you’re running a private training, teaching a class, filming a video, or hosting something that has nothing to do with plumbing or HVAC at all — our space is available.

Submit the online rental interest form with your dates, space, and event type.
PHCC San Diego checks the calendar and sends over the rental agreement.
Return the signed agreement with a 50% deposit to admin@phccsd.org.
Show up, set up, and use the space — reset the room before you head out.
A 50% deposit secures your rental date and applies toward your total fee. It’s non-refundable as a cancellation fee inside 5 business days of your rental date.
Standard rental hours are 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday, based on availability. After-hours (5–10pm) and weekend use is available at double the hourly rate.
Proof of insurance is required no later than 2 days before your event.
Rental does not include use of PHCC San Diego industry tools or supplies, and all use is subject to PHCC Administration approval.
Whatever you bring in, you take out. For multi-day rentals, reset the room each evening ahead of scheduled classes; trash receptacles are in the back parking lot.
