USA JETTING Drain Pros, Inc., started out as Performance Plus
Plumbing Drain Pros in January 1995. We were a general plumbing
service, repair, and drain cleaning company.
In November 1996, we moved into Hydro-Jet cleaning as our specialty,
and in 1997, we changed our name to USA JETTING Drain Pros.
We specialize in sewer and drain cleaning and diagnostic services.
Our core service provided is hydro-jet cleaning of drain lines from 1 ½
inches to 3 feet in diameter.
We also run a vacuum/jetter truck, perform video inspections and line
locating, induce smoke into vent/waste systems to locate odor causes,
and do a substantial amount of cable cleaning.
Our main customer base is commercial, at approximately 95% with
some residential customers at approximately 5% of our business.
We service many universities, hospitals, shopping centers, apartment
complexes, H.O.A.’s, restaurants, manufacturing plants, and similar
venues.
We also sub out for many plumbing contractors who do not have their
own equipment.
We do not advertise our services and gain new customers solely by
referral.
We became P.H.C.C. members in August 1998. Our primary benefit
from our P.H.C.C. affiliation has been the networking with other
members.
Early on we received contract help, invoice verbiage, pricing
guidelines, and other helpful ideas in running our business more
successfully.
We also enjoy many contractors’ referrals and sub outs, due to our
membership in the P.H.C.C.
We are centrally located in San Diego by the 5 and the 8 freeways,
which aids in service and response times.
We service all of San Diego County. From Camp Pendleton to the
Border. We also service some of southwest Temecula.
We have found commercial work to be more rewarding, as the
customer is happy to be up and running again, and their main concern
is not usually the cost. Hence, the 5% residential percentage. Plus, with
commercial work, we see many of our customers on a frequent basis,
and many friendships have been forged, with some of our customers
becoming employees.
As of June 2004, we’ve become distributors of Piranha Brand Jetter
hose and heads for hydro-jetters. We stock ½, 3/16, ¼, 3/8, ½, and 1”
jetter hose. We also sell the jetter heads for the smaller 1/8, 3/16, and
¼” hoses.
