The Bill Howe Family of Companies, comprised of Bill Howe Plumbing, Inc., Bill Howe
Heating & Air, Inc. and Bill Howe Restoration & Flood Services, Inc. has been serving
San Diego County since 1980. Bill Howe started AM/PM Sewer and Drains in 1980 and
changed the company’s name to Bill Howe Plumbing, Inc. in 1985. The heating and air
conditioning division began in 2007 offering heating and air conditioning installations,
air purification and duct cleaning. In 2009, Bill Howe launched Bill Howe Restoration &
Flood Services, Inc. offering water and mold remediation, structural drying, carpet
cleaning and reconstruction services. Managing all three divisions under one roof in the
Linda Vista area, the Bill Howe Family of Companies is San Diego County’s one-stop-
shop.

The company has received multiple awards and recognition including the 2011 Finalist
Award for the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, Rotary Club 33’s 2011 Heilbron
Award recognized for the company’s pay-it-forward spirit, San Diego Business Journal’s
2010 Family Owned Business Award, San Diego Business Journal’s 2010 and 2011
Best Places to Work Finalist Award, and more. Additionally, Bill Howe was recognized
as the PHCC National and Delta Faucet Co.’s 2011 National Plumbing Contractor of the
Year Award and Tina Howe was recognized in 2010 as the San Diego Business Journal’
s 2010 Women Who Mean Business Honoree Award.

Since its inception, the company has been family-owned and operated and has grown
into one of San Diego’s largest plumbing companies with over 70 trucks serving
residential and commercial properties. The Bill Howe mission is three parts: 1. to focus
on the employees to ensure each employee is happy, healthy and have all the skills and
tools necessary to flourish in their careers; 2. to focus on our customers to provide every
customer with the highest level of work and service, always aiming for 100 percent
